Each issue has an Anti-Semitic full page political caricature-cartoon by either Jean Louis Forain 1852-1931 or Emmanuel Poire known as Caran D'Ache 1859-1909. This was one of the most anti-Semitic publications coming out of the Dreyfus Affair.
